The seller is nice and friendly. The item finally arrived after a long wait but it was not the same fishing reel as advertised. The roll delivered was in extremely poor condition. The seller refunded me 50% of the price but it is still annoying to buy an item that is well pictured and get another one.

The item looked better in person than it did in the pictures, it looked like a brand new club. It was packaged very well. The shipping took a while but that was expected since it shipped from Japan to California. I was very satisfied with my purchase!
