item came packaged really good and everything is in good condition apart from her leg is a little bit loose and her headphone is snapped but neither really matter and can be fixed but good quality overall communication with seller wasn't the best but answered what I needed to know eventually, I bought this in April and it didn't arrive until today and they posted it 2 weeks after buying. But good value for the price and the appearance is like it was described
