Seller made me call US Customs saying it's a buyer's issue. US Customs stated seller only put "ds" as item description and needed to resend Customs form. After multiple attempts in two and a half to three months waiting seller continued to say it's buyers issue. And seller never once contacted US Customs. US MULTIPLE times said "Your pkg has been delayed due to missing clearance information. We are attempting to obtain information from the shipper / Your package is on the way" buyer refunded.

Thanks for the Yamaha DX7IID synthesizer. It was well packaged, arrived safely and was delivered on time to my home in Ontario, Canada. The synthesizer is exactly what I hoped for, works perfectly and is in great condition. It was fairly priced and good value. All of my questions were answered before I made the purchase and communication was excellent. I purchased a 120v to 100v step down voltage converter so it would operate perfectly in Canada. I would definitely buy again from this seller!

Shipment was super fast, console arrived with no issues whatsoever; basically like new condition. Box was included, but AR cards and manuals weren't despite being listed in the picture. Still satisfied with my purchase, however, those are not a dealbreaker to me.
