PC Engine and CD-ROM system was dispatched in good time from Japan to the UK, however upon arrival the system had suffered damage to the case and operation of the CD-ROM. Although the courier could have handled the package better, a little more parcel packing might have mitigated this. Having discussed these issues with the seller, they were very prompt to provide a mutual solution. So overall, a great seller with high integrity. 👍

Miku acoustic guitar arrived in AMAZING condition, exactly as described and pictured. The item also arrived within just one week, from Japan to the UK. Really beautifully made and maintained guitar, very well packaged and sent with a good quality padded fabric case.
