The item has some paint chipped off on the edge, shown in the photos. But overall, everything with it is functional and it looks perfect. It came in great shape-very clean and no visible damages. It was also packaged very nicely. However, it unfortunately must be damaged somewhere on the inside because it does not work as described. It turns on but seller must not have tested because when I put dvds in they all say bad disk. Disappointed but it happens!
