Some stain spots on front and underside sweat brim. It says it’s a youth but it will definitely fit an adult head as well, just more of a shallow fit so if you head isn’t very tall it would fit a more normal circumference. I’m guessing it means youth as in teen because I don’t think it would fit well on a younger child’s head with its current adjusted state fitting an adult 22” head. Hat model has around a 21.5” head size from where it’s sitting in photos. At its current adjusted state (as shown in photos) fits around a 22” size head nicely. Weighs 3.2oz (will ship in a box) Hats are wiped down and/or disinfected before shipping. Items are typically used and second hand collected from various stores, homes, auctions, etc. Please note that items, throughout their life, may have come in contact with allergens unknown to the seller. Unprofessional seller..packaged horribly and not for the price I paid for shipping. She offered to take it back which is the only reason this feedback is neutral and not negative..but would not recommend this seller at all
