Very cool find. I added 3 batteries and it seems to work. Mode one is an always on light for the player's LP counter. Mode 2, the lights come on briefly if adding or subtracting LP, then they turn back off. When pulling the lever to activate the duel disk, it generally moves close to completing, but as pictured, does not always "open-up" on its' own, due to age.
