Seller could have been better with communications. Prior to sale, I contacted seller to inquire about the product. Specifically, I wanted to know if there was a safety seal on the lotion, indicating it was new & unused. I received no reply. I just took a chance & bought the item anyway. There was no seal, but product’s weight was OK, indicating minimal use, if any. I am satisfied everything turned out as well as it did, given seller’s overall rating. Item was well packaged & arrived on time.

Received item today a day early. Packaged in bubble wrap and heavy brown paper. It looks exactly like what was pictured in fact it looks like new other than the spots on the case but face plate is flawless. If this seller had more items that I need I would order again from them.
