Items arrived in perfect, unused/unopened condition. They were packed in a very sturdy box, and very well-protected with lots of bubble wrap. Before ordering, I asked seller a question - right at dinnertime on a Friday night. Got an answer back around 20 mins later. :) Shipping was ridiculously fast! Placed my order late on a Friday evening, with a promised delivery date of Tuesday. Package was here on Monday afternoon! I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this seller!

Extremely happy with these speakers and how they were safely packaged and delivered. Very good eBay seller with great items at an even better price than the other average Joes.
