First, my order got here quicker than the anticipated delivery date which is always fantastic. Secondly, it was so carefully and perfectly wrapped for protection that it made me feel like this seller cares. Lastly there was a personal sticker and message sent to me for being their customer. I’ve purchased from the seller many times without issue, unfortunately with this last purchase I was sent the wrong item. It was a mistake where another buyer received my package and I received theirs. So her immediately tried to make the situation right but unfortunately when I received my package it was still the wrong fragrance. I think there was some confusion and mixup, seller refunded me. I would hope to continue to do business with seller.
