I received in a timely manner, it is as advertised, packaged in a bag and in a box and it was a fair market price. I like TRD hats, this is one of four that I bought. I wish I had taken advantage and f the buy two hats for a reduce price, which I seen on some sellers advertising on E bay for hats.
