   Appearance acceptable. Received as pictured and promoted. Shipped in same box together with another pair of shoes purchased at same time……disappointed that I didn’t get a break on shipping costs….although I also did not inquire, either. Well, all things considered, the profit margin was probably pretty small at the price I paid. Tit for tat? Fit /size is acceptable and my feet thank you! The price was very reasonable. Packing was entirely adequate.

   Quick response, Item as described, good sale. Bummer the hat was placed in normal envelope and flattened. It was smashed badly during delivery; working to restore to normal.
