Product showed up quickly-works great, good value. Items poorly packed (see photo of package upon opening), parts jostled around, no inside protection. Only broken item was the instructional VHS tape, which I tossed in the trash (would have regardless). Included 3 components of another mini food processor, for which I have no use. Contacted the seller to inquire about the random extra pieces. Overall happy with the quick arrival and product as described. Packaging needed more care.
