im not sure if this was supposed to have plastic wrap around it..but it did not..having said that it seems to be in perfect condition and shipped fast..and very good price..and very happy with the kit and what i got...i am a builder and not collector..i have heard that some kits dont get shrink wrap now..just dont know..and very happy with transaction..
