The seller sent us a 25% off offer and we accepted it. But when we paid for the item, we saw that we were charged the full amount. We wrote to the seller and asked them what happened. No response, and we were afraid they were going to ship and end up paying for shipping it back if we could not agree on the partial refund, so we sent a second message to NOT send the item unless we were going to get our discount. Seller said we were rude and suggested to cancel. We ended up getting our money back

Quilt was safely packaged. Shipped in a timely manner. However I discovered seller had listed the dimensions incorrectly. I contacted the seller and we were able to work out a compromise quickly and fairly. Based on all this, I highly recommend this seller. Thanks!
