   I was so excited to get this product, especially since it appeared to be in pristine condition. Unfortunately, it wasn't packed very well and got very damaged in shipping. I did reach out to the seller right away, and they offered a free return, or a partial refund. I accepted the partial refund. Thank you for your help with coming to a resolution. I really appreciate it.

   I absolutely love these Crocs!!! Shipping was quick & packed with care. The shoes were brand new in perfect condition with all the special Jibbitz!! Excellent customer service and great care! Pricing was just right!

   Item was packaged tightly and secure in its box. It came in its original packaging which was a pleasant surprise. The seller was great to communicate with and was willing to strike a deal :)
