Published in Chicago in 1910, this large (8.5 X 11.5 X 2.5 in.), 648 page hardcover in full, gilt decorated leather binding contains many, many illustrations, some full page, some in color (the latter confined to the New Testament study chapters, picturing Jesus). Gilt dentelles, all edges gilt. Very good condition. Unmarked, complete, securely bound. Rubbed through board corners, rubbed board and spine edges, some darkening along the top of the front board, and rubbing of the top gilt edge. Foxing along the outer margins of the endpapers.
