Seller had excellent communication and prompt shipping. The Henley arrived carefully folded and inserted neatly in a separate, sealed plastic bag. The condition of the Henley is exactly as described in the sales ad. The color is even a deeper red than shown in the photo. It was as if I'd purchased this Henley directly from Abercrombie!
