Item was as described and was packaged very well to guarantee a safe arrival. I am leaving neutral feedback because I didn't like the way the seller negotiated the best offer price. Item was listed for $18.69, I offered $16, seller countered for $17, but I missed that offer and it expired. I countered for $16.50, seller countered for $18.50. I offered $18 (more than their original counter) and the seller refused. That's not how negotiation works.

I had a great experience with a recent purchase. The item was as described, the order was filled quickly, and it was packed well. Unfortunately, there was some kind of mix-up at the shipping company's facility which delayed the actual delivery. Even though this was obviously not the seller's fault, they detected the snag and proactively took steps to fix it and keep me informed about what was going on. Great service!
