   It’s positive because the seller fully refunded the item without me having to return it. The problem was the attached package hooks which I needed and were photographed on the items had been ripped off in storage or in handling making the item of little value to me, being not as described. The shipping was tolerably priced and timely. The communication was quick and helpful to give me back the cost of the damaged items. Thank you. Would still buy from again.

   Just as pictured. Box was in excellent condition for storing. Will make a great addition to my Fiesta Christmas tree. Price was great too. Delivery was delayed significantly due to weather so I wasn't sure why I did not receive it. First time anything has been delayed.

   I had a single of this pair. I looked forever to find this exact set. They are a beautiful set that came exactly as described. The packaging was great and the shipping cost reasonable. I would buy from this seller again.
