PLEASE READ this hat has a light up panel that no longer works from age, received dead stock and had it as a collectors item, so the light not working never bothered me. Never worn, however the battery corroded from age (has been removed from pack) and it left a stain in the upper back part of hat where the battery pack sits. However that is never visible when worn. Could potentially be fixed so that the fireworks light up, I just have never tried. Always open to offers
