The seller gave me a discounted rate. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It was late, but that was on the shipping company. The item was in excellent condition, and was according to the description given on EBay. However, this was the first time I ever received a package sent in a plastic bag…with absolutely no protective packaging. It worked out well this time, but I would strongly advise not to send this way again.

Sorry for the later feedback, went away on business travel, had to take care of my customers. Package was mishandled and damaged on arrival at my address, do not believe it was his fault.
