I bought it for my mom for her birthday and had it delivered to her because I wasn't with her. At first I accidentally put the building number not the house address but communication was great. packaged well and shipped quickly and was exactly how it was described. It made my mom cry so it was a really good thing for a gift though it was kind of expensive. Overall, wonderful!
