For an “As Is” condition I must say that after a bit of clean up and direct observation the transformer works as it should. It arrived with the original box and very helpful original instruction booklet. This transformer is a survivor! Have always thought highly of MRC Copper clad years. Who knows how many train layouts it operated in its life? These came out in the mid 1970’s! Finally got one by taking a chance. Happy I did. Arrived well packed, fast safe shipped. Recommend the seller.
