   The item was quickly shipped and wrapped in bubble wrap but I would've preferred a piece of firm cardboard being placed underneath or on top the bubble wrap. At some point in shipment, something placed pressure on the middle of the long side denting the cardboard shipping container which is probably when the cellophane window was ruptured.

   Item was as described except for size was labeled as men and was actual women’s so was too small. I was partially refunded with no problem. There really was no communication to rate. I did ask a question and did not get any communication about the shoe but I might have not ask it in time.
