this gentleman was so GREAT to deal with. i had pick out 1 Tea pot but there was an accident with it. but he was so very kind and even gave me a choice of 5-6 absoloutly BEAUTIFUL VASES TO CHOOSE FROM. so i chose one and even offered to pay the difference, but he said no that it would be even. the vase is absoloutly stuning PLUS HE SENT ME ANOTHER ONE TOO.. Hes a great person to deal with.

Came exactly how it is in the picture, packaging was good and it arrived safely and all of the shopkins look good other than just one of them that seemed to have a tiny peice of the plastic coming off of it which i’m not worried about but overall i love them and didn’t have any problems!!
