The shipping was fast and the item is as described for the most part, BUT this item has been retired by Barnes & Noble as of June 2024 and is no longer able to be registered. Therefore one can’t connect to WiFi rendering the thing useless for my and most people’s needs. I should’ve researched the product better so I haven’t asked for a refund, but I also believe the seller should be up to date as well and knowledgeable to a degree with electronics they are selling and advertise as such.
