Arrived extremely late. When I tried to communicate with seller for updates I was ignored. Packaging had the bear folded into. Value of the bear was too expensive for a delay and the condition it arrived in packaging. The bear is a Bukowski & it was described with all the appropriate tags, however it wasn't in good condition because it's obviously been played with & that was not mentioned in the description. Very unhappy customer 💔

IThe dragons arrived very quickly, well packaged & in great shape. My daughter went over them in great detail and was so happy with them! When I made an error and entered a review meant for someone else, the seller was polite & kind. They wanted to be certain we did receive the item. Very happy!
