The purse came as advertised and had the correct packaging to protect it. The shipping delivery was as estimated and I thought the value for the purse was spot on. Unfortunately, when I opened it and looked at it, I realized it was too big for what I was looking for. Since this item was returnable, I returned it and was issued a refund to my account, and my experience was good.
