The Journal of John Wesley, 2 Volumes Translated and compiled by John Emory Waugh and Mason Publishing 1837 Full Leather Good: Unmarked. No ownership name inside. Considerable rubbing to the leather, extremities and cover. Leather starting to deteriorate, as pictured. Fold lines particularly fragile, not separated but with use, might. Hinges strong, the weakness is in the leather fold line exterior. Heavy chipping to spine leather with some pieces missing. Cover deterioration of leather. Small tear at the spine, holding, but 1/2 inch tear there, piece is present. Age toned with considerable large age spots as pictured. One volume has a damp stain along edge of the title page but does not continue to text. Odor free. Considerable wear. Complete set like this, Rare. Scarce.

The signature is one that I can tell is authentic, but since the authenticity cannot be officially verified, the book was priced reasonably.
