In pretty good shape -It looks like someone repaired at one time with binding tape - back cover has come unattached - few minor tears & aging/ discolorations from page turning but for age in great shape. Please look at photos for overall condition and ask any questions. Measure 12 x 9". The weight is almost 8 pounds before pkg so consider that on postage.
