Text is in great condition and readable. Records are VG+ condition. Records are not labeled with song titles. The song titles can be found at the back of the Text volume. I was very happy with this seller. The wrong book was sent to me by accident, but the seller communicated with me quickly, and rectified the problem, free of extra cost, as soon as they could. They were very apologetic and good to work with. The book came as described, and in good condition. There was no problem waiting a little longer on shipping until the new one came and it was also packaged well. The value of both books was good! All in all, it worked out well and I got a free book out of it

Such a wonderful seller!!! Their items seem so often to be just what I am looking for at a great price. The shipping speed was amazing - I was very surprised at how quickly it arrived. All the cards were just as lovely as shown, especially this one, and the packaging was fantastic! It was some sort of non-plastic material that I can potentially use for something else in the future.
