Items were well packaged and arrived swiftly. Items are described as is. I reached out to the seller about how the cassettes sound. The seller was nice enough to test all four cassettes, and report any findings on them. Thank you. While this isn’t the biggest deal, one cassette smelled like a strong perfume. But that’s something maybe silica gel can remove? Again, all cassettes were tested and sounded great. That’s what matters. Overall, great experience with this seller!

The antique phonograph was exactly as described. I asked a lot of questions about how it worked. He sent me videos with audio showing it playing and automatically changing records in a stack. He was extremely cooperative and friendly. He even sent me four 78 speed records at no extra charge so I could start using the phonograph immediately. He also included some extra needles. The price and the shipping were fair. I highly reccommend him.

Great service! Unfortunately, the pedestal arrived broken. I do not believe it was a packaging issue; the pedestal was well wrapped. It was most likely caused by rough handling during shipment. I immediately contacted the seller who quickly responded. I opted to keep the jardiniere, and he offered a fair price for that. The matter was resolved within hours of discovering the damage. I highly recommend this seller.
