When it looked like the book wasn't going to arrive, i rang 'Books etc.' Told to wait another day or so. Book still didn't arrive. Rang back and was given an apology and a full refund. Each time the staff were decent and friendly on the phone. However, this is the 2nd time of "no book showing up" from them (I'd previously ordered 'Daily Doctrine' from them, via Amazon, on 28th Jan- again, was given a full refund by them. Their prices are v good but will I ever buy ftom them again? Unlikely.

Fantastic experience with this seller. I had an issue with the clay in my kit being dried out, which is something they couldn't have known about before me opening the box. I sent them a message and they replied quickly and kindly with a resolution, replacing my kit for me. Overall the kit was fantastic value and arrived brand new, in perfect condition bar the clay. Very trustworthy and helpful.
