I do not see requests for cancellation before orders are processed, as it does not come up automatically in the ebay order and due to the volume of emails I receive - your order will be processed before I see your request therefore it is imperative that you cancel the sale if you change your mind. I utilize the bulk shipping option on ebay and messages are not transferred into it when I'm buying the shipping. Any messages must come in a separate message to seller. I aim to ship most items on same day as purchase/payment EXCEPT WHEN I AM AWAY WORKING - which requires a longer handling period.
