The seller was wonderful to deal with. The book had been listed with Media Mail shipping, but I needed it for a gift sooner, so she changed the shipping for me and mailed it right out. It was packed protectively and I was very satisfied with her part, unfortunately, the post office didn't deliver it in time. But it was very thoughtful that she was tracking it and contacted me to convey her disappointment that I hadn't received it in time, but I assured her that it wasn't her fault.
