Seller's response to order was timely and product was received quickly. Item was packaged carefully and safely. It was easy to correspond with Seller when I had an inquiry. This item was previously owned and in fairly good condition. There is only one thing I would have changed had I been the one to sell this product, I would have cleaned it up before shipping so that it would be more appealing to the buyer. I was able to very easily clean it with soap and water.

As described, very satisfied. When shipping shoes, please use rigid box or inserting support into toes instead of vinyl shipping bag to protect toes of shoes against being crushed under other parcels and damaged during shipping.
