Between shipping snafus and customs (from Canada to the US) the shipping cost and delays are understandable.But the lamp was so poorly packed by the seller that it was broken in two places upon arrival. One layer of tissue, stuffed in a box too small for it... No excuse for that.And no response to my message, with photos, regarding the broken item. How can OI give this as a gift when it's been twisted on one end and broken--and now glued--on the other? Irresponsible and disappointing...
