Item was just as described and packaged very well. Seller offered a good price. There was a mix up at the post office, no fault of the seller, and seller was quick to respond and ended up issuing a refund. The day the refund was issued the correct package came. Seller offered item as a gift for mix up when I asked if refund could cancelled. Excellent communication through the whole transaction. I would definitely recommend this seller.

This seller is awesome! My purchase was shipped immediately and scanned by USPS. After the initial scan, there were no further updates. She answered every one of my messages as soon as I sent them and helped me try to track the package. I received an email from USPS saying the package was lost. As soon as I reported that to both EBay and the seller, a refund was issued. I couldn’t have asked for any better response.

Fast shipping. Packaged nicely. Item is as described. No smoke smell nor pet hair. No damage to item. I’m usually hesitant to buy stuffed animals second hand but this one was definitely worth the price for the value. Though the shipping costs were high, the seller charged the lowest for the item.
