This book comes directly from the author's (Hans-Georg Elias) own library . My father passed away in 2022. He wrote this volume (plus the other 3) over a period of about 7 to 8 years; they were published as he finished each volume. This book is in "new" (still shrink-wrapped from the publisher) and were on his bookshelves (and later moved to Texas, so they have been subjected to some handling as a result). --> The last photo shows that the shrink wrapping has burst at one corner and also a small section on the front cover. This book has been on a shelf the entire time (other than when being moved from MI to TX). These books are still available directly from the publi sher at a cost of € 279.00 (= $ 362.70+ at time of creating this lot). I am selling these at less than 36% of what the publisher charges if bought directly from them. ===================================================================================================================== Shipping: Media Mail (insured) within the USA.
