This book comes directly from the author's (Hans-Georg Elias) own library . My father passed away in 2022. He wrote this & the other 3 volumes over a period of about 7 to 8 years; they were published as he finished each volume. This book is in "new" (still shrink-wrapped from the publisher) and were on his bookshelves (and later moved to Texas, so they have been subjected to some handling as a result). Note: While this book is still shrink-wrapped, it does have a minor coloration across the edge of the pages at the top near the spine (see last photo); this was due to the books being on a shelf that occasionally had daylight on it. I am selling these at less than 50% of what the publisher charges if bought directly from them. ===================================================================================================================== Shipping: Media Mail (insured) within the USA. Priority Mail is possible (see eBay calculated costs), but likely to be expensive, as it can not go in "flat-rate" boxes. --> Free Local pick-up in the northeast Dallas / Ft. Worth metro area is possible (no shipping charges in that case!) --> Note: Foreign shipping is possible, but only via eBay's International Shipping Center (they'll get shipped to the eBay facility in Chicago and then sent to you from there. Remember that these are 4 heavy books and foreign shipping will be expensive -> eBay will calculate the cost for you depending on the country of your residence. When properly packed up, these will weigh about 16 - 18 pounds). --> Media Mail does not include insurance , thus I had to add in the USPS insurance amount to cover this. I will pack these as securely as possible given the size & weight and reduce chances of damages in transit. However, I can not be held responsible if damaged by the shipping company while in transit, as that is beyond my personal control.
