The part arrived much faster than anticipated and was securely packaged. The part itself was in excellent condition and appears to be a genuine Samsung part. As soon as it was installed, a quick test of the microwave showed the error code was cured and we had full function back. The price was excellent, the seller communicated clearly throughout the purchase experience and was responsive to questions about the order. Overall an excellent experience.

Excellent product received in top condition (manifold for airtank). Replaced a failed manifold on an otherwise good tank from a big store. The store (nor website) sells this simple 2 inch part. (Duplicating this with plumbing elements makes a ridiculously long and fragile assembly.) NickyD saved my day and is a great eBay'er. Communication was excellent. Sent in manufacturer's blister pack in a well padded envelope. Great price. Will buy from again.
