Unfortunately, there was a mis-labelling of the address for my product and so I did not receive it. The seller was very kind and promptly offered me a replacement or a complete refund for the error. I accepted a refund and I received the entire amount paid back into my account within 2 days. I am very pleased as the seller was very polite and kind throughout the entire communication. Good seller. Great ink. Arrived fast but unfortunately the cap was not fully secured and about 10% leaked out soaking the packaging. Not a huge deal. Would buy from again.
