The seller was amazingly helpful, courteous, and responsive during the sale. She did extra research on her end to tell me about the boots and took the time to field my questions. She's a great person and runs a top eBay store! The boots didn't fit well, and again to show how amazing the seller is, she was totally cool with it and accepted the return.
