   I made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order before it shipped but seller was nice enough to inform me that they cannot cancel orders since all of their transactions are automated. I was denied cancel request and advised to return item. Item cost me $5 and shipping $8.95; if I returned the shipping would not be refunded and I would have to pay return shipping as well. Don’t make a mistake before buying because the seller has an advanced system which is probably automated by robots or ai.

   I’m really excited with my purchase of this Elsa 12 inch doll. I use these dolls for sculpture and reference. The seller took great care and packaging. Shipping was fast! completely as described even better a true and wonderful value! I am excited for my purchase, but I’m happy that The sellers are honest and great service. Shipping was extremely fast and there it was at my door already. I give the sellers 10 stars plus. Thank you again!!!

   My item was shipped in a timely manner and was securely wrapped. The seller did make sure to appropriately describe the item, however, there was an oversight on my part which led to me needing to submit a return request. The seller was accommodating and provided excellent communication throughout both the buying and return process. Great customer service experience.
