The seller's communication and customer service were very decent, but instead of the legitimate disney ears pictured in this listing, I was sent a fake. The tags on the one I was sent weren't the Asian tags shown in the listing, but instead mentioned Winnie the Pooh even though these were ears from Beauty and the Beast. I don't know if the seller did this on purpose or knew the difference though. The seller was good enough to give me a refund.

Product came as new as shown in pictures, quality was good no damages, looks just like the ones they sell at Disneyland,, value of paying for these was not as expensive as the parks, package came in speedy I recommend this seller.
