The listing indicated that the seller was in California with a quick delivery time. That turned out to be more like the time the item was shipped; it arrived weeks after it was supposed to, because the seller is in China. The envelope was too small and not padded-- ears were squashed in. I had plenty of time, so it was fine, just clarifying for others. The item was as advertised, the seller responded to my question, and the price was great.

Ears are beautiful. Packaged well, but the item had a manufacturing defect so it did not look like the photos. Contacted the seller regarding the ears I received. Seller responded quickly and was able to provide a resolution in both of our best interests. Customer service was great. I would recommend to seller to double check merch from store/manufacturer before shipping out to prevent any hassle or any future issues.
