Heavy items may be sent via UPS with insurance and tracking number (our choice). Again, buyer will pay for this. We understand USPS Priority Shipping is costly. We are sending international items insured priority because it's the only way we can get insurance and a tracking number. If we don't have it and an item gets lost, eBay and PayPal will refund the money to the buyer and the seller is out both the item and the money. Since we cannot afford these losses, we had to change my policy and ship only insured priority mail for anything outside the U.S. We not making a profit from mailing items priority – we’re only charging the correct postal rate, plus customs, duties and handling.
