Neutral only because I am not thrilled with the transaction nor am I very upset, just disappointed it didn't work out. Unfortunately item arrived damaged as both front legs were broken upon opening. I accepted a partial refund after contacting seller (covered price of item but not all of shipping) even though it was an eBay money back guarantee item as I couldn't figure out how to pursue that. I had hoped for full refund, but it is what it is.

Purchased July 21, marked as "shipped." Waited, waited...then on the 30th I get a tracking number. It was shipped NINE days AFTER purchase with a misleading "shipped" to keep me quiet until they actually shipped. UNEXCEPTABLE. I received it on the 5th...15 days later...it only took 6 days to deliver. Most of the time I ignore things like this, but this was ridiculous, and you LIED by saying it was shipped...so you knew what you were doing!
