Protective box protected a hat I personally wanted! Shipping was prompt with "heads ups" to let me know about delivery time. Seller gave me quick other info I needed. Hat appears to be newly made! If "used", I surely couldn't tell it. Size was " on the money" and I look forward to wearing this hat! I am a proud grad of App State (Teachers college), 1966, and still enjoy visiting the campus:) Thanks for your due diligence!
